What is Eatto Rewards?

Who is eligible to join?

Eatto Rewards is available to individuals who are legal residents of Ireland and at least 18 years of age or older and who provide and maintain a valid email address. Employees of Eatto are eligible to participate in the programme.

How do I join? Does it cost anything to join?

You can join the programme by signing up on the Eatto website. If you are an existing customer, simply login to your account or if you are a new customer then please register with us before your purchase. There is no cost to join the rewards programme.

Do I need an account to earn points?

Yes, if you are a new customer, then you must create an account with us. If you are already an Eatto customer, then you must login in to earn your points.

Having an issue logging in or registering?

If you are trying to register but you are getting this message (EMAIL ADDRESS IS ALREADY BEING USED), this means that your email address is already in use with Eatto. All you need to do is go to the login section and click “Lost your password?” to generate a link to create a new password for your account. An email will be sent to you to create a new password, please ensure to check your spam/junk folders if you do not see the email in your inbox. How will my details be used?

Your details will enable us to provide you with the rewards that you have collected. They will also allow us to continuously improve the Eatto Rewards programme for your benefit.

Why haven't the points from my order been added to my account?

To earn points, you must have an account with Eatto. If you have checked out as a guest, then your points will not be added to your account. If you are still having issues with registering or logging into your account please get in touch. Email us at – [email protected]

What do you do with my account data?

Your privacy is very important to us. We take great care with any personal information you share with us and we will never release these details to any company outside of Eatto.

We would like to use the information you share with us to keep you up to date with our range of products and services we offer and to help make shopping with us easier. This includes news of events, promotions, offers, product launches, and any special activity relating to your Rewards.

Depending on your marketing preferences, we may contact you by email, post, text message, or landline. We are constantly looking to improve our business and the service we offer so from time to time we may contact you to get your feedback or for research purposes. However, we will always give you the option of how you want to be contacted and if you do not wish to be contacted by us, we will respect this.

I made a purchase before joining the Eatto Rewards programme. Can I still earn points for my previous transactions?

Unfortunately, we cannot award points for previous purchases. You must be enrolled in the programme at the time of purchase to earn points.

What am I agreeing to by joining?

By becoming an Eatto Rewards member, you agree that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the programme Terms & Conditions, and by the terms of our Privacy Policy, our website Terms and Conditions and by any changes or modifications we may make.

Can my membership in the programme be terminated?

Eatto, in its sole discretion, can terminate any member for any reason, including but not limited to any failure to comply with the programme Terms & Conditions and/or website Terms & Conditions.

How do I terminate my membership?

What do I do if I believe points were not properly credited to my account?

I've forgotten my password, what do I do?

If you are unable to remember your password, simply click the “Lost your password?” link beneath the sign-in button on the Eatto website. A password reset link will be sent to your email with further instructions. Please ensure to check your spam/junk folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.

What are Brownie Points?

How do I earn brownie points?

You will earn 1 brownie point, for every €1 you spend. These points will automatically be added to your profile. Your total points can be viewed under the rewards section of your account dashboard. Additionally, you will earn 10% extra brownie points for orders over €80.

How do I earn free gifts?

Your free gift will be issued based on how many brownie points you earn. A free gift is rewarded upon entry into a new tier (one gift per tier). Once you reach the brownie point requirement for each tier your gift will automatically be added to your next order.

How do I unlock extra perks?

You unlock extra perks as you enter a new tier. We have fantastic perks for you like– special member offers, Eatto’s birthday month surprise, exclusive events & new product tasters!

What are tiers?

Tiers indicate your status in the programme. There are three tiers. Tier 1 is called Eatto Explorer, Tier 2 is called Eatto Enthusiast and Tier 3 is called Eatto Expert. (The higher the tier, the more benefits for you!)

How do I advance in tiers?

Tiers are determined by the number of points a member has earned within a single year on eligible purchases and through qualifying activities, beginning on the date when you enrol.

What are the benefits associated with the tiers?

There are 3 tiers with associated benefits:

Tier 1 – Eatto Explorer: 250 – 499 brownie points

Tier 2 – Eatto Enthusiast: 500 – 999 brownie points

Tier 3 – Eatto Expert: 1000+ brownie points.

All members begin with 0 points, and they earn brownie points as they spend or engage with us. Once you earn 250 brownie points or more, you will automatically be in the Eatto Explorer tier. With 500 brownie points earned or more, you will then be moved up to the Eatto Enthusiast tier. Ultimately, once you have 1000+ brownie points you will be in the Eatto Expert tier where you will enjoy maximum benefits!

Can my brownie points expire?

Yes, Your brownie points are valid for 365 days. The number of days are calculated from the date of earnings. For example – if you made a purchase on 10th August, 2021 then your points will expire on 10th August, 2022.

What are the benefits?

Benefits are free exclusive perks offered to members at different tiers. Visit the Eatto Rewards HERE page for more details on the benefits.

Can I transfer my points or rewards to another member?

You cannot transfer (or sell) points or redeemed rewards to anyone else. Any accounts suspected of this will lead to forfeiture of acquired points and possible suspension or termination of your account.

What happens to my points if I return a product, or an order is cancelled?

Any product that is returned or any order that is cancelled will reverse or decrease the points you received from that purchase. If you moved up a tier on that order, your tier will also be adjusted accordingly.

How can I keep track of how many points I have collected?

On our website, you will need an online account set-up with us. Once signed in, go to your account dashboard and there you will see an option named “Rewards”. Click on that option and you will see how many rewards points you have earned in total.

How much are the brownie points worth if I want to redeem them?

Your redeemable monetary value will be based on the total brownie points you have in your account. Currently, 10000 brownie points is equal to €1.

Can I exchange or return a reward which I received from the Eatto Rewards programme?

No. Once a member redeems points for rewards on, the reward cannot be exchanged or returned for points, another product or service, or a monetary refund.

Can programme benefits ever change?

We reserve the right to change without notice programme benefits, how you reach and unlock each programme tier, how you earn points and how we evaluate and reward your eligible purchases and/or other programme activity.

Rewards Programme T&Cs

Please read the following Terms and Conditions of participation in the Eatto rewards programme carefully. By participating in this programme, you agree to be bound by the terms described herein and all terms incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not participate in this programme.

Membership Eligibility and Overview

Eatto Rewards (“Programme”) is offered at the sole discretion of Eatto. The Programme is available to individuals for their personal use only and is limited to one account per individual. Corporations, associations or other groups may not participate in the Programme. Individuals who are legal residents of the island of Ireland and at least 18 years or older and who provide and maintain a valid email address are eligible to become members. Employees of Eatto are eligible to participate in the Programme.

By joining the Programme and becoming a Programme member, you (individually and collectively, “you,” “your,” or “Member”), agree that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Programme Terms and Conditions of Participation (“Terms”) and by any changes or modifications we may make. You should review these Terms and the related policies and FAQs frequently to understand the terms and conditions that apply to the Programme as they may change from time to time. These Terms do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with us, including any agreement for products or services. By enrolling in the Programme, you also agree to be bound by our website’s Privacy Policy and our website Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, our website’s Privacy Policy, and our website Terms and Conditions, you cannot participate in the Programme. The Programme is void where prohibited by law.

Programme Enrollment

2.1. Eligible individuals may enrol in the Programme through one of the following options:
2.1.1 Visit the Eatto website and follow the Programme prompts to register for the Programme. (not sure what this is, and if needed)

2.2. You are required to provide your first name, last name and email address in order to enrol, you will also have to create a password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for updating it as required. You may update your personal information on the Eatto website.

2.3. Only one Programme account may be associated with a single member and a single email address. In the event of a dispute over the identity of the member enrolled in the Programme, the member will be deemed to be the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of enrolment. For purposes of these Terms, the “authorized account holder” is the natural person who is assigned to the submitted email address by an internet provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

How the Programme Works and Programme Benefits

The Programme is a way in which we reward and thank our loyal customers for purchasing our products and engaging with our brand. You can earn points and unlock tier benefits by making eligible purchases or taking certain other Programme actions. For your purchase to qualify for the Programme, you must be enrolled in the Programme by signing into your online account at the time of purchase on the Eatto website. Your accumulated points are valid in your Programme account for one year from your Programme “anniversary date.” This is the anniversary of the date you enrolled in the Programme and occurs on a 12-month cycle. On your anniversary date each year, your points reset to zero (0) and you start accumulating new points benefits and unlocking new rewards.

Neither accounts nor Programme rewards, benefits and points may be shared or combined. Only the member paying for the products may accumulate rewards, benefits and points. Members will not receive rewards, benefits and points on purchases which are reimbursed by corporations or other organizations ineligible to participate in the Programme. We reserve the right to monitor the number of accounts per household and refuse, merge or close additional or duplicate accounts at any time.

Rewards, benefits and points earned through the Programme have no cash value, are non-transferable, and you have no property rights in or to rewards or other Programme benefits. Purchase balances, tier status, and/or points credited to your Programme account will be decreased or reversed, as applicable, if part or all of the purchase is returned or cancelled or if the credit is obtained through fraudulent or other activity that violates these Terms, as determined by us in our sole discretion. The sale, barter, transfer, or assignment of any rewards or benefits offered through the Programme other than by us, is expressly prohibited.

Rewards cannot be exchanged or returned for points, another product or service or a monetary refund.

The products and services available through the Programme and any samples that we may provide to you are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the products, services, or samples you purchase or otherwise receive from us. We reserve the right, without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any order to be filled and/or any products or services to be provided to you that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms.

To be eligible for points, purchase must be made on qualifying Eatto products. Qualifying purchases include merchandise, and exclude shipping charges, delivery charges or other excluded charges specified by us from time-to-time.

We are not responsible for rewards, benefits and/or points lost or redeemed due to fraudulent activity by you or any third party. We are not responsible for rewards that are lost, stolen or otherwise destroyed.

We reserve the right to change Programme benefits, how you reach each Programme tier, how you earn points and how we evaluate and reward your eligible purchases and/or other Programme activity. We reserve the right to place limits on the number of purchases or activities that are eligible for the Programme and/or for any given tier or point level, the number or types of rewards or benefits you may receive or earn in any given tier or at any given point level, in a given time period or for the duration of the Programme, and/or any combination thereof.

If you have concerns that a purchase or other activity was not properly applied to your account, you should contact Eatto Customer Service at (Add email address). Your email must specify your name, address, phone number, and email address associated with the Programme, the date of the Programme activity, and the issue(s) you encountered. This email must be sent no more than thirty (30) days after the date the purchase or other Programme activity took place. We are not responsible for late notifications about purchases or other Programme activities not being credited to an account.

Product rewards can only be redeemed with a purchase on the Eatto website.

Marketing Communications

By enrolling in the Programme, you will be automatically subscribed to receive Programme related emails, including Programme marketing emails, and you consent to their receipt. We also may give you the option to opt-in to receive other marketing communications from us at the time of enrolment.

You may opt-out of receiving Programme marketing emails at any time by following the instructions provided in the email or as otherwise provided in the Eatto Privacy Policy, but operational emails will still be sent to you as they relate to your membership in the Programme. Examples of these include, but are not limited to, a redemption confirmation email, a profile update email, or other communications that relate to your account. If you terminate your Programme membership, you will no longer receive Programme-related communications.

Termination and Modification

The Programme and its benefits are offered at our sole discretion. We may, in our discretion, cancel, modify, restrict or terminate these Terms, our FAQs, and/or the Programme or any aspect or feature of the Programme at any time without prior notice, even though such changes may affect the value of rewards or benefits already accumulated or earned and/or the ability to redeem accumulated rewards or benefits.

We reserve the right, at any time, in our sole discretion, to: (1) exclude you from participation in the Programme; (2) discontinue your participation in the Programme; and/or (3) suspend or audit your membership account for any amount of time without prior notice. Any suspected abuse of the Programme, failure to follow any Programme Terms, no purchase activity for 12 months or more, illegal activity, fraud, misrepresentation or other conduct inconsistent with these Terms and/or detrimental to us or our interests, including without limitation, any suspected illegal, fraudulent or other unauthorized use of any Programme rewards, points, and/or benefits, may result in the revocation of your membership and make you ineligible for further participation in the Programme. If your membership is revoked, any rewards or benefits in your account will automatically expire and your access to the Programme and features will automatically terminate in our sole discretion. If we suspect illegal activity, fraud, misrepresentation, abuse or violation of these Terms, we also have the right to take appropriate legal action, in our sole discretion.

If you decide you no longer want to be a part of the Programme, you may cancel your membership at any time by opting-out in your account on the Eatto website or by contacting us on – (add email address). If you cancel your membership, your tier status and any points, rewards or benefits in your account will automatically expire.

Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

Neither Eatto nor our parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, or licensors make any representations or warranties of any kind whatsoever, express or implied, in connection with these terms or the programme or any of the rewards or benefits associated with the programme including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, non-infringement or fitness for a particular purpose, except to the extent such representations and warranties are not legally excludable.

You agree that neither Eatto nor our parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, or licensors will be responsible or liable in contract, warranty or in tort (including negligence) for any (a) interruption of business; (b) access delays or access interruptions to the programme; (c) data non-delivery, loss, theft, mis delivery, corruption, destruction or other modification; (d) loss or damages of any sort incurred as a result of dealings with or the presence of third party links on the site or use of any reward or benefit of the programme; (e) computer viruses, system failures or malfunctions which may occur in connection with your use of the site, including during hyperlink to or from third party websites; (f) any inaccuracies or omissions in programme content; or (g) events beyond our reasonable control. We make no representations or warranties that defects, or errors will be corrected.

You agree that no claims or action in contract, warranty, or in tort (including negligence) arising out of, or related to, your participation in the programme, use of any rewards or other benefit or these terms may be brought by you more than one (1) year after the cause of action relating to such claim or action arose. If you are dissatisfied with the programme, termination of your membership in the programme is your sole remedy. We have no other obligation, liability, or responsibility to you.


The personal information collected from you in connection with the Programme, including but not limited to purchases made in connection with your Programme membership, will be used and disclosed by us in accordance with the Eatto Privacy Policy. Without limiting the foregoing, we will use and retain your personal information to (1) provide goods and services to you, such as servicing and maintaining your Programme membership with us; (2) protect against deceptive and fraudulent activity; (3) enable internal uses that are consistent with our Eatto Privacy Policy; and (4) comply with a legal obligation.
