Braised Beef Bourguignon

Braised beef steak in a rich red wine sauce with bacon and pearl onions
GRAMS PER PORTION:

Beef featherblade (37.5%), beef stock, red wine (sulphites), carrot, onion, rapeseed oil, salt, thyme, rosemary, pepper, bacon, baby onion, mushroom, pancetta, cornflour, parsley, garlic, tomato
*OVEN COOK OR MICROWAVE FROM FROZEN*
Remove sleeve, pierce film.
Preheat oven – place on a baking tray in the top half of the oven and cook at 170°C or Gas Mark 5 for 30-35 mins (1 portion pack) / 40-45 mins (2 portion pack)
MICROWAVE COOKING
Remove sleeve & pierce film
Place on microwaveable plate. Cook on full power (850W).
4 mins> stir well & re-cover > cook for a further 4 mins (1 portion pack) / 5 mins secs > stir well & re-cover > cook for a further 5-6 mins (2 portion pack).
Allow to rest for 2 minutes. Ensure food is piping hot through to the centre before serving.
Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines but cook for 15-20 mins (1 portion) / 20-25 mins (2 portion).
