Cauliflower Cheese
Tender cauliflower florets baked in a farmhouse Irish Cheddar sauce

Serves 2 – 300g
Cheese sauce (46.2%) [water, cream
(milk), cheddar (milk) (5.6%), cornflour,
vegetable stock, garlic, salt, pepper,
nutmeg, bay leaf], cauliflower (47.8%),
cheddar (milk)
*NOT SUITABLE FOR MICROWAVES – OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN*
OVEN COOKING
Remove sleeve & film.
Preheat oven – place on a baking tray in the top half of the oven and cook from frozen at 160°C or Gas Mark 4 for 35 mins.
Allow to rest for 2 minutes. Ensure food is piping hot through to the centre before serving.
Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines but cook for 10 – 15 mins
