Seafood (30.5%) – (salmon, hake, smoked fish), cream (milk), milk, garlic, carrot, celery, leek, mushroom, onion, white wine (sulphites), cornflour, rapeseed oil, water, vegetable stock, salt, pepper, nutmeg, bayleaf, breadcrumbs (gluten from wheat), chives, parsley, parmesan cheese (milk), cheddar cheese (milk)

Remove sleeve & film.
Preheat oven – place on a baking tray in the top half of the oven and cook from frozen at 180°C or Gas Mark 6 for 35-40 mins (1 portion pack) / 50-55 mins (2 portion pack).
Allow to rest for 2 minutes. Ensure food is piping hot through to the centre before serving.
Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines but cook for 15-20 mins (1 portion) / 25-30 mins (2 portion).
