Remove sleeve & film.
Preheat oven – place on a baking tray in the top half of the oven and cook from frozen at fan 170°C, electric 190°C or Gas Mark 5 for 45-45 mins (1 portion pack) / 50-55 mins (2 portion pack).
Allow to rest for 2 minutes. Ensure food is piping hot through to the centre before serving.
1 portion pack -Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place on a microwaveable plate. Cook on full power(850W).
4 mins> rest for 2 minutes > cook for a further 3 mins.
2 portion pack – Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place on a microwaveable plate. Cook on full power(850W). 5 mins> rest for 2 minutes > cook for a further 4 min.
Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines but cook for 25 mins (1 portion) / 30 mins (2 portion).
