Mild Irish chicken curry with sweet potato served with basmati rice
Basmati rice (35.2%) [water, basmati rice, salt] Sauce
(33.3%) [tomato (48.4%), water, cream (milk), butter
(milk), rapeseed oil, sugar, garlic, cumin, coriander,
ginger, nutmeg, turmeric, cinnamon, salt, cardamom,
pepper, cloves], sweet potato (8.3%), butternut
squash (8.3%) Marinated chicken (14.8%) [chicken
(85%), yogurt (12.8%) (milk), rapeseed oil, lemon juice,
ginger, garlic, coriander, cumin, salt, cayenne pepper,
turmeric]
MICROWAVE COOKING
Remove sleeve, pierce film.
Place on microwaveable plate. Cook on full power (850W). Heat for 4 minutes, stir and replace film, heat for a further 3 minutes.
Allow to rest for 2 minutes. Ensure food is piping hot through to the centre before serving.
Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the cooking instructions but cook for 5 mins (microwave).
