GRAMS OF THE DISH:
Mashed potato (41.4%) [potato (96.1%), cream (milk),
butter (milk), salt, parsley, pepper] Gravy (17.2%)
[water, tomato (22.2%), celery (11.8%), onion (11.8%),
carrot (11.8%), red wine (sulphites), redcurrant jelly,
olive oil, vegetable stock, garlic, mushroom (0.98%),
thyme, rosemary, balsamic vinegar (sulphites), sugar,
bay leaf], peas (13.8%), chicken (13.8%), carrot (13.8%)
Remove sleeve & pierce film
Place on microwaveable plate. Cook on full power (850W). Heat for 4 minutes, stir and replace film, heat for a further 3 minutes.
Allow to rest for 2 minutes. Ensure food is piping hot through to the centre before serving.
Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and
eat within 48 hours. Follow the cooking instructions
but cook for 5 mins (microwave).
