Lasagne Al Forno – A slow-cooked ragu of Irish beef layered between sheets of egg pasta with béchamel sauce and a farmhouse cheddar topping.

Beef (26%), tomato, carrot, courgette,
celery, onion, water, red pepper, green
pepper, yellow pepper, tomato puree,
garlic, salt, basil, sugar, oregano,
cream (milk), milk, cornflour, beef
stock, nutmeg, bay leaf, durum wheat
semolina (gluten from wheat),
cheddar cheese (milk), parmesan
cheese (milk, egg)

Remove sleeve & film.
Preheat oven – place on a baking tray in the top half of the oven and cook from frozen at 180°C or Gas Mark 6 for 40-45 mins (1 portion pack) / 50-55 mins (2 portion pack).
Allow to rest for 2 minutes. Ensure food is piping hot through to the centre before serving.
Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines but cook for 15-20 mins (1 portion) / 25-30 mins (2 portion).
