Roasted Heirloom Carrots and Parsnips

Heirloom carrots and parsnips roasted with sumac and mixed seeds
Serves 2 – 210g
Heirloon carrot (59.7%), parsnip (36.1%), sunflower and pumpkin seed mix, garlic, olive oil

OVEN COOKING
Remove sleeve & film.
Preheat oven – place on a baking tray in the top half of the oven and cook from frozen at 180°C or Gas Mark 6 for 20-25 mins.
Allow to rest for 1 minute. Ensure food is piping hot through to the centre before serving.
Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines but cook for 10-15 mins
