Charred salmon with roasted cherry tomato, asparagus and garlic confit

Salmon (51.1%) (fish), cherry tomato
(23.6%), asparagus (15.7%), rapeseed
oil, spinach, basil, spring onion, garlic
(5.7%), rocket, parsley, salt, pepper
OVEN COOK OR MICROWAVE FROM FROZEN
Remove sleeve, pierce film.
Place on microwaveable plate.
Cook on full power (850W) for 4 mins (1 portion) / 5 mins (2 portions) > stir > cook for a further 2-3 min (1 portion) / 3-4 min (2 portions)

Preheat oven – place on a baking tray in the top half of the oven and cook at 170°C or Gas Mark 5 for 30-35 mins (1 portion pack) / 40-45 mins (2 portion pack).
Allow to rest for 2 minutes. Ensure food is piping hot through to the centre before serving.
Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines but cook for 15-20 mins (1 portion) / 20-25 mins (2 portion).
