Salmon (55.6%) (fish), water, cream
(milk), cornflour, vegetable stock, garlic,
salt, pepper, nutmeg, bay leaf, leek (8.3%),
chorizo (8.3%), onion, rapeseed oil,
chives, celery, lemon

MICROWAVE COOKING
Remove sleeve, pierce film.
Place on microwaveable plate.
Cook on full power (850W) for 4 mins (1 portion) / 5 mins (2 portions) > stir > cook for a further 2-3 min (1 portion) / 3-4 min (2 portions)
OVEN COOKING
Remove sleeve & film.
Preheat oven – place on a baking tray in the top half of the oven and cook from frozen at 170°C or Gas Mark 5 for 45-50 mins (1 portion) / 50-55 mins (2 portions).
Allow to rest for 2 minutes. Ensure food is piping hot through to the centre before serving.
Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines but cook for 25 mins (1 portion) / 30 mins (2 portions).
