OVEN COOKING
Remove sleeve & pierce film.
Preheat oven – place on a baking tray in the top half of the oven and cook at 170°C fan or 190°C Electric or Gas Mark 5 for 45-50 mins (1 portion) / 50-55 mins (2 portion).
MICROWAVE COOKING
Remove sleeve & pierce film
Place on microwaveable plate. Cook on full power (850W).
4 mins > rest for 2 minutes > cook for a further 3 mins (1 portion) / 5 mins > rest for 2 minutes > cook for a further 4 mins (2 portion).
Allow to rest for 2 minutes. Ensure food is piping hot through to the centre before serving.
DEFROST INSTRUCTIONS:
Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines but cook for 25 mins (1 portion) / 30 mins (2 portion).
