GRAMS OF THE DISH:
Butternut squash, rapeseed oil, spinach, basil, spring
onion, garlic, rocket, parsley, salt, pepper, cinnamon,
nutmeg, ginger, fenugreek, allspice, cloves
*OVEN COOK OR MICROWAVE FROM FROZEN*
Remove sleeve, pierce flim. Preheat oven – place on a baking tray in the top half of the oven and cook at fan 170°C, electric 190°C or Gas Mark 5 for 25-30 mins
Remove sleeve, pierce flim. Place on microwaveable plate. Cook on full power for 2.5 mins then stir well & re-cover for 2 mins.
Allow to rest for 2 minutes. Ensure food is piping hot through to the centre before serving.
Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and
eat within 48 hours. Reduce reheating time
and heat until the centre is piping hot.
