Noodles (67.8%) (gluten from wheat),
chilli sauce (sulphites), tamari (soya),
garlic, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar,
ginger, chilli, parsley, coriander,
broccoli, spring onion, rapeseed oil,
spinach, basil, rocket, salt, pepper,
*OVEN COOK OR MICROWAVE FROM FROZEN*
Remove sleeve, pierce film.
Preheat oven – place on a baking tray in the top half of the oven and cook from frozen at 160°C or Gas Mark 4 for 25 – 30 mins.

Place on microwaveable plate. Cook on full power (850W).
2 mins > stir well & re-cover > cook for a further 2 min
Allow to rest for 1 minute. Ensure food is piping hot through to the centre before serving.
Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the microwave guidelines but cook for 1 min 30 seconds.
