AIO – Thai yellow chicken curry with basmati rice
From our All in One range, with the perfect amount of heat and aromatic flavour in every bite, our Thai yellow chicken curry is made with Irish chicken marinated in an authentic blend of Thai spices and served with flavourful sesame rice. Try finishing the dish with some fresh coriander leaves.

Thai yellow chicken curry (62.2%) [Chicken (38.5%),
coconut milk, water, onion, garlic, ginger, lemongrass,
turmeric, madras spice (mustard), rapeseed oil,
coriander, chilli, lime juice (sulphites), fish sauce,
cornflour, chicken stock, sugar, parsley, salt, pepper,
kale, spinach, basil, spring onion, rocket] Sesame rice
(37.8%) [water, basmati rice, salt, sesame seeds
(1.1%), nigella seeds (sesame) (0.63%)]
*OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN*
Remove sleeve, pierce film. Preheat oven – place on a baking tray in the top half of the oven and cook at fan 170°C, electric 190°C or Gas Mark 5 for 40-45 mins
Allow to rest for 2 minutes. Ensure food is piping hot through to the centre before serving.
*MICROWAVE COOK FROM FROZEN*
Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place on microwaveable plate and cook on full power (850W). 4 mins > stir well & re-cover > 3 mins.
Allow to rest for 2 minutes. Ensure food is piping hot through to the centre before serving.
Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and
eat within 48 hours. Reduce reheating time
and heat until the centre is piping hot.
