Vegan Nut Roast
Roasted nut and root vegetable loaf served with rich vegan gravy.
Nut roast (50%) [carrot (20%), parsnip
(20%), celeriac (20%) (celery) broccoli
(13.3%), walnut (5.3%) (tree nuts), rice,
cashew nut (4.4%) (tree nuts), bulgur
wheat (gluten from wheat), hazelnut
(3.6%) (tree nuts), spring onion,
rapeseed oil, spinach, basil, parsley,
garlic, rocket, salt, pepper chive, chilli,
almond (1.9%) (tree nuts)], Vegan gravy
(50%) [water, onion, celery, carrot, red
wine (sulphites), redcurrant jelly, tomato,
olive oil, garlic, vegetable stock,
mushroom, rosemary, thyme, balsamic
vinegar, sugar, bay leaf]
*OVEN COOK OR MICROWAVE FROM FROZEN*
OVEN COOKING
Remove sleeve & pierce film.
Preheat oven – place on a baking tray in the top half of the oven and cook at 170°C or Gas Mark 5 for 35-40 mins.
Allow to rest for 2 minutes. Ensure food is piping hot through to the centre before serving.
MICROWAVE COOKING
Remove sleeve & pierce film
Place on microwaveable plate. Cook on full power (850W).
4 mins > stir well & re-cover > cook for a further 4 mins .
Allow to rest for 2 minutes. Ensure food is piping hot through to the centre before serving.
Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines but cook for 20-25 mins or follow microwave guidelines but cook for 2-3 mins.
