📦 Order & Delivery Information

Minimum Order: €50
Shipping Cost: €6.95 nationwide
Bank Holidays: No deliveries on bank holidays
Delivery Area: Ireland only (we do not deliver outside of Ireland)


🏙️ Dublin Deliveries

  • Delivery Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday

  • Delivery Time: Between 3pm and 9pm

  • Order Cutoff: Place your order by midnight for next-day delivery

  • Courier: All Dublin deliveries are handled by our trusted partner Xpect Same Day

  • Tracking: You’ll receive a text with tracking details on the day of delivery

If you're not home, you can leave safe place instructions at checkout (Dublin only). Our specially designed liners keep meals frozen until you can store them safely.


🌍 Nationwide Deliveries (Outside Dublin)

  • Dispatch Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday

  • Delivery Window: Within 1–2 days of dispatch

  • Order Cutoff: Place your order by midnight for next-day dispatch

  • Last Weekly Dispatch: Orders placed after midnight Tuesday will ship the following Monday

  • Courier: Orders are delivered via DPD

  • Tracking: You’ll receive a DPD tracking code and SMS/email updates

If you’re not home, your box will be placed in a safe place. Our packaging is designed to keep meals frozen during transit.


Additional Delivery FAQs

What if I’m not home?

  • Dublin orders: You may include safe place instructions at checkout.

  • Nationwide orders: Safe place instructions cannot be provided to DPD.
    In both cases, your order will be left in a safe place and stay frozen in our insulated packaging.

Can I reschedule my delivery?

  • Once your order is shipped, rescheduling is not possible.

  • If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact to reschedule.

  • Please note: If a delay occurs and your food defrosts due to a reschedule, we cannot take responsibility.


⚠️ Important: Double-Check Your Address & Eircode

Please make sure your delivery address and Eircode are entered accurately. Our system is automated, and we do not manually review orders due to high volumes.

  • Incorrect or mismatched Eircodes and addresses may result in undelivered orders.

  • We cannot be held responsible for deliveries that fail due to input errors.
