When you are checking out, in order to make ordering your meals as easy as possible, we have included the option to automatically re-order your box every 2 weeks or every month.

This is an optional feature which can be cancelled at anytime, right up until the automatic date of reordering. You will not be charged until this date.

How will your order be delivered?

Your order will be delivered by our drivers between 9am and 5pm.

If you are living in Zone A (Co. Dublin) and B (Co. Kildare, Meath, Wicklow).
 
For orders in Zone C (all other counties) we use DPD couriers. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched which outlines an estimated time that your delivery will be with you.
 

How much will I pay for shipping?

Nationwide delivery is €6.95.
 

What if I’m not home?

Delivery times are from 9am to 5pm according to your delivery zone. If you know you will not be at home when your order is due for delivery, you can add instructions for a safe space at checkout.
 
Don’t worry if you’re not home, we use specially insulated liners to keep your meals frozen until you can put them in the freezer!
 

Are there any commitments?

If you have opted for a recurring service option, be it once every 2 weeks or once every month, you can cancel at any time! Just be sure to do so before your automatic re-order date.

When will I be charged for my box?

Once you complete the checkout process, you will be charged for your first delivery.

If you have opted for a recurring delivery option, you will be re-charged automatically on the re-order date, once every 2 weeks or once every month, depending on what you’ve opted for.

How Often Will I Be Charged if you’ve opted for the recurring service?

In order to make ordering your meals as easy as possible, we have included the option to automatically re-order your box once every 2 weeks or once every month. This is an optional feature which can be selected when ordering your meals during checkout. You will be charged for only one order at a time.

You can find all details of your active subscription(s) under the ‘subscriptions‘ tab on your account.
