Creamed Spinach

Wilted spinach in a garlic and cream sauce
Serves 2 – 310g
Spinach (54.2%), milk, unsalted butter (milk), cream (milk), cornflour, garlic, nutmeg, bayleaf, pepper

OVEN COOKING
Remove sleeve & film.
Preheat oven – place on a baking tray in the top half of the oven and cook from frozen at 180°C or Gas Mark 6 for 35-40 mins (1 portion pack) / 50-55 mins (2 portion pack).
Allow to rest for 2 minutes. Ensure food is piping hot through to the centre before serving.
Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines but cook for 15-20 mins (1 portion) / 25-30 mins (2 portion).
