“Wow, the tomato sauce has such integrity and sings on the palate with freshness and density. The meatballs are well seasoned, open textured with plenty of herbaceous notes and garlic. The sauce is light and sweet with tomatoes. Very meaty, juicy and moist – a flavoursome dish, savoury and moreish with a wonderful homemade appearance.”
