Minced Irish beef slowly cooked with Mediterranean vegetables and a rich tomato sauce

OVEN COOKING
Remove sleeve & film.
Preheat oven – place on a baking tray in the top half of the oven and cook at 180°C or Gas Mark 6 for 40-45 mins (1 portion pack) / 50-55 mins (2 portion pack).
MICROWAVE COOKING
Remove sleeve & pierce film
Place on microwaveable plate. Cook on full power (850W).
4 mins secs > stir well & re-cover > cook for a further 4 mins (1 portion pack) / 7 mins secs > stir well & re-cover > cook for a further 6 mins (2 portion pack)
Allow to rest for 2 minutes. Ensure food is piping hot through to the centre before serving.
Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines but cook for 25-30 mins (1 portion) / 30-35 mins (2 portion).
