Black beans (19.6%), sweet potato, tomato, red pepper, yellow pepper, green pepper, carrot, garlic, onion, celery, sugar, water, cumin, chilli powder, coriander, salt, pepper, rapeseed oil

Remove sleeve & film.
Preheat oven – place on a baking tray in the top half of the oven and cook at 180°C or Gas Mark 6 for 25-30 mins (1 portion pack) / 35-40 mins (2 portion pack).
Remove sleeve & pierce film
Place on microwaveable plate. Cook on full power (850W).
3 mins 30 secs > stir well & re-cover > cook for a further 2 mins (1 portion pack) / 6 mins secs > stir well & re-cover > cook for a further 5 mins (2 portion pack).
Allow to rest for 2 minutes. Ensure food is piping hot through to the centre before serving.
Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines but cook for 15 mins (1 portion) / 20 mins (2 portion).
