Simply defrost in the fridge overnight and eat without even having to grab a bowl. The pots are easy to clean and recyclable too, with no mess, no fuss, and no harming the environment. Perfect for a healthy breakfast at home, at the office, or even as a post-workout snack! These little pots of deliciousness are compact and will easily fit in your freezer (even a small one!) or in your bag to bring to work. They are easy to order in advance, simply add them to your usual Eatto box and keep them in the freezer for those busy days. These tasty single-serving pots are great for kids too - delicious, healthy and no risk of breaking any breakfast bowls!

Chia seeds are rich in nutrients, loaded with antioxidants, may support weight loss, promote heart health and more! Oats are considered to be among the healthiest grains on earth, are a great source of vitamins, minerals, fibre and antioxidants!

THE BENEFITS
Carrot Cake Overnight Oats (Vegetarian)
Velvety carrot and cinnamon overnight oats soaked in yoghurt with a hint of vanilla and maple syrup. Carrots are rich in vitamin A, which promotes eye health, and are also a good source of vitamin K and fibre.


Almond & Chocolate Chia Pudding (Vegan and GF) 
Protein-packed, vegan almond and chocolate chia pudding topped with flaked almonds. Did you know that although almonds are commonly referred to as a nut, they are actually edible seeds and are the fruit of the almond tree? Almonds are rich in antioxidants, vitamin E and are also a good source of fibre which supports a healthy digestive system. 



Fresh strawberry overnight oats with vanilla, honey, and lemon. Strawberries are an excellent source of vitamin C and manganese and also have a good amount of folate (vitamin B9) and potassium. They also have particularly high levels of antioxidants known as polyphenols which help to neutralise harmful free radicals in the body which play a role in heart disease, cancer, and other diseases.
